The email list
When you join the list, we collect your email address and which page you signed up from. We use it only to send Well in Hand emails. Our email service, Kit, stores it for us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.
Buying a book
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, shipping address, email, and what you ordered so Liz can ship your book. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Videos
Our own videos are served from this site. If a page ever includes a YouTube video, nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, and playing it loads YouTube’s player under its privacy-enhanced mode.
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify you.
Children
Well in Hand Learning makes tools for children, but this website, the email list, and purchases are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
